Your country needs you...

Reports in the media suggests our negotiating position on EU EPAs is being hampered due to lack of specialists in international trade. This is the second time this issue has been raised. Its most unfortunate, but most importantly highlights our short sightedness. There's no doubt that there are Zambian international trade economists abroad who could do the job. The problem is that Government isn't taking a more expansive approach and trying to get those experts people abroad more involved - its not "living with a leaking bucket". As such we look embarrasing to the world.
