The rural urban infrastructure divide...

A previous blog provided some information on the extent of income inequality, but as Central Statistical Office (CSO) noted last week , at the heart of this divide is unequal access to infrastructure. The chart below illustrates the rural urban divude in access to facilities / infrastructure.
