Traditional Authorties & Levy's Legacy

Its probably too early to gauge the impact that Levy had on traditional authorities, but this piece from the Daily Mail provides some interesting comments from chiefs on how he related to them. Many of the comments reflect current emotions, and probably quite biased, rather than objective assessments (for example it does not ask those who often had little regard for him, such as Mwata Kazembe). That said, it provides useful context for our on-going blog specials on traditional authorities.
