Moza to the rescue?

Mozambique's state-run petroleum company Petromoc is planning to build a new fuel terminal by 2014 with the capacity to handle 1.5 million cubic metres of diesel, gasoline and jet fuel. This would be much welcome news to neighbouring countries like Zambia.
