A friendly rebuke..

“The problem with Zambia is that it does not provide detailed information about the investment opportunities and incentives to Chinese prospective investors....The Government also takes too long in the completion of paper work and other documentations..."
China's Jiangxi Corporation Manager Che Hui speaking in Shanghai at a meeting with a Zambian delegation that is in China to attend the Third International Forum on Yangpu Development. Similar friendly rebuke was dished out last week with respect to the poor state of air transport infrastructure and need for greater investment. These issues are well known and have been made by many observers, but coming from China there's a greater likelihood the calls may command greater attention in the corridors of power.
