Up in smoke?

“In my inaugural speech, I said Zambia remains a hub of Africa. Whenever others in Africa think of where to go, they will come to Zambia. Perhaps by receiving these MoUs, we are making history for our country. When we start opening up universities here and there, it will be like wildfire..”
President Banda addressing a Malaysian delegation which presented 11 Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) signed between institutions of learning in Malaysia and Zambia. One hopes we don’t burn up in smoke. With copper prices have now breached $7000, the only hot property in town is copper and those that control it.
