Barriers to Justice (Crowded Courts), 3rd Edition

Interesting perspective from Judge Catherine Makungu. The Kitwe High Court judge believes that the crowded nature of the courts is due to slow progression of cases by state prosecutors. The charge does not seem to hold much water because judges determine the procedures and can always quicken the process if they so wished.
